When reviewing the departments that have received my scores, why is there a "?" under the PAT/CPAT column? Why is there a red "X" under the PHS column?

When there is a "?" under the PAT/CPAT column, it indicates the department does not require the physical test to receive your test scores. They will have received your written test scores as soon as you pass your written exam. It is important to note that while a department may not require a physical test to receive your test scores, they may require you to complete it later in the hiring process, so be sure to keep up your physical fitness!

When there is a red "X" under the PHS column, this indicates the department does not require you to complete the Personal History Statement in your account. However, it is important to keep in mind that departments will usually have a similar form for you to fill out as part of their background process, so be sure you are prepared to gather all of your personal information (previous residences/employment, family member contact information, references, etc.).
