# Requesting Additional Time to Complete Your eSOPH Profile

If you need more time to complete your Applicant Profile, please contact your assigned PST Investigations Representative via email to request an extension.

Please note that your hiring agency may have specific deadlines for completing background investigations. To avoid delays or potential disqualification, we strongly recommend completing your profile thoroughly and promptly.
