I am eligible for veteran's preference points. When will those be considered?

If you are a U.S. military veteran, you may be eligible for veteran's preference points.

Veteran's preference (or any other preference) points will be factored in by each agency to which you have sent scores. You can upload your documentation (DD-214, Separation Orders, etc.) to your PST account via the "Agency Requested Docs" tab for the agency to access. They may ask you for additional documentation if needed.
