How do I request special accommodations for testing?

To request special accommodations for a test, you will want to access the “My Profile” section of your account on our website. Here, you will scroll down to find a question that asks, “Are you requesting a special accommodation to participate in the written examination?” You will select your answer from the drop-down menu, and it will then allow you to explain and upload supporting documentation. You will need to describe the type and scope of your impairment, learning disability, or related deficiency that requires an accommodation related to testing. You will also be required to submit written documentation in the form of a PDF or JPEG for review. Please allow two weeks for review and determination once documentation is received.
