# eSOPH Access and Password Reset

#### **Recommended Browser**

For the best performance and compatibility:

- Use Google Chrome when accessing eSOPH.
- Avoid using browsers like Safari or Microsoft Edge, as some features may not display or function correctly.

#### **Password Reset Tips**

If you need to reset your eSOPH password:

1. Check your spam or junk folder for the reset message.
2. Wait up to 10 minutes for the password reset email before submitting another request.
3. Clear your browser history and cache to help resolve login or page loading issues.
4. Ensure that no saved passwords are auto-filling the reset or login fields, as this can prevent a successful sign-in.
