Can I reschedule or cancel my test?

You can cancel or reschedule your exam anytime through your PST dashboard. Go to the “Upcoming Tests & Events” section, find the test you need to cancel or reschedule, and click the Reschedule button on the right-hand side. From there, you can either cancel your test or select a new date.

Please note: tests can only be canceled before the test date, and you may reschedule up to 7 days after a missed test. Additional fees may apply when canceling or rescheduling.
